Hair schedule: what it is and how to apply it in the salon

Many clients come to the salon asking for a treatment, but hair rarely needs just one thing. The hair schedule organizes that need into weekly sessions, to progressively replenish what the fiber is missing.

01

What is a hair schedule?

It is a weekly treatment plan that addresses the three essential needs of the hair: hydration, nutrition, and reconstruction. Each one replenishes something different in the hair fiber.

Hydration replenishes water, nutrition replenishes lipids, and reconstruction replenishes hair mass. Working on them in a balanced way helps improve strength, alignment, and frizz control.

02

What type of hair is it recommended for?

The manual indicates it for dry, dull, damaged, and frizzy hair. In the case of ampoules, it is also indicated for chemically treated hair and for maintaining results.

03

How often is it applied?

Brulier manuals call for one application per week, with a minimum of 3 sessions to complete a basic cycle. After that, the schedule can be maintained continuously, adjusting the treatment according to how the hair progresses.

04

In what order are the three stages applied?

There is no single order. The order is defined by the professional diagnosis, which makes it possible to customize the treatment according to the condition of the hair. That is why the initial evaluation is part of the service.

05

Masks or ampoules: which to choose?

Brulier offers two systems. The Organic Hair Schedule uses masks with camu camu, cacao, and murumuru oils, with 5 to 10 minutes of processing time after the Prep Shampoo.

The Ampoule Hair Schedule is designed for quick services: 1 part ampoule is diluted in 4 parts water, and it works for approximately 3 minutes.

06

What is a session with the Organic Hair Schedule like?

Apply the Prep Shampoo to damp hair, massage, and rinse. On the second application, leave it on for about 5 minutes. Then apply the chosen mask, leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, and rinse. Finally, use a Brulier leave-in and finish as desired.

In summary

The hair schedule brings order to the treatment: one session per week, a minimum of 3 sessions, and an order defined by the diagnosis. Choose masks for a complete ritual or ampoules for a quick service.
